Policies

A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking all appointments at sculpted beauty. This fee is deducted from the total cost of your appointment and is not an additional charge.

Rescheduling your appointment — if you need to reschedule, your booking fee can be transferred to your new appointment, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice in accordance with the cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Late cancellations — appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.

Cancellations can arise due to unforeseen circumstances, however if you need to reschedule an appointment and fail to notify 24 hours in advance your deposit will be forfeited.

No shows without prior notice will result in loss of the deposit fee, and a new appointment cannot be made until the remaining amount of the service has been paid in full.

If you are running late please contact me as soon as possible. While I will always do my best to accommodate you, arriving late may result in a shortened appointment or certain services being unable to be completed if time does not permit.

All services are non-refundable. However, if you are unhappy with your results or experience significant lash loss within 72 hours of your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. I will assess your lashes and, where appropriate, provide a complimentary touch-up.

If you have existing extensions from another technician, please let me know when making your appointment so we can book a removal before your full set.
